Ben Fights Kentucky Housewife
for Last Incandescent Bulb!!!

If Ben won't let you choose your own light bulb,
what WILL he allow you to choose?

"All men...are endowed by their Creator with certain
unalienable rights, that among these are
Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness"...
but not light bulb choice.

Ben is pro-choice when it comes to abortion.
The law allows a 13 year old girl to get an abortion
without her mother's knowlege or consent.

That girl's "ability to choose" is a "right" championed by Ben.
Yet he WILL NOT entrust the choice of a lightbulb to her mother...

Yes, folks...Our Benevolent Ben voted in 2007 for the Energy Independence and Security Act. It mandated fluorescent bulbs, making incandescent bulbs a controlled substance and outlawing the 100-watt bulb, by 2012, with the rest gone by 2014.

From Investors Business Daily:
Think of all the green jobs that will be created. Problem is, they're in China. General Electric plans to close an incandescent bulb factory in Westchester, Va., next July, costing 200 workers their jobs. GE is also shuttering incandescent factories in Ohio and Kentucky, axing another 200 positions.

Lexington was home to one of these plants for about 65 years.

God forbid you should break one of Ben's bulbs...
